Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party appointed by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email).
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this purchase contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we have received the goods back from you. We will use the same means of payment for this reimbursement that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the expiration of the fourteen-day withdrawal period. You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
For returns from outside the EU, it is mandatory that the shipment is correctly declared as a return. If the return is not properly declared, we reserve the right to charge you for any costs incurred, such as customs duties or VAT.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to inspect their condition, properties, and functionality.
The right of withdrawal applies only to consumers who, at the time of the contract conclusion, are residents of a member state of the European Union and whose sole residence and delivery address at the time of the contract conclusion are within the European Union.

Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to adequately protect the goods from transport damage.
